Refund Policy
If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Cancellation Policy
Standard orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Custom orders require 7 days' notice; deposits on custom orders are non-refundable inside that window.
Custom Orders Policy
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Designs are finalised in writing before baking begins. Final products may vary slightly from reference images — that's the charm of handmade.
